  • Timely notification is required in case of absence.

2.3 Technical Requirements

  • An email address for communication.

3. Prohibited Use

The following activities are expressly prohibited:

  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

  • Fraud or deception.
  • Harassment of other users.

Technical Violations

  • Unauthorized access to systems.
  • Distribution of malicious software.
  • Disruption of service operations.
  • Circumvention of security measures.
  • Automated data scraping.

Content Misuse

  • Unauthorized reproduction of course materials.
  • Sharing of access credentials.
  • Commercial use without permission.
  • Reverse engineering of software.
  • Creation of competing offers.

Disruptive Conduct

  • Insults or discrimination.
  • Spam or unsolicited advertising.
  • Disruption of the course flow.
  • Providing false identity information.
  • Misuse of communication channels.

Consequences of Violations

In case of violations of these rules, we reserve the right to immediately suspend access to our services, terminate contracts, and take legal action. Payments already made will not be refunded in such cases.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

4.1 Our Rights

  • All content on our website and in our courses is protected by copyright.
  • Trademarks, logos, and design elements are our property.
  • Course materials, videos, and documents are subject to our copyright.
  • Software and technical implementations are protected.
  • Participants receive only a limited right of use.

4.2 Permitted Use

  • Personal use of course materials for learning purposes.
  • Downloading materials for personal use.
  • Taking notes and making summaries.
  • Sharing experiences and insights (without literal reproduction).

4.3 Prohibited Actions

  • Reproduction or distribution without written permission.
  • Commercial use of the content.
  • Translation or modification without permission.
  • Uploading to other platforms or websites.
  • Use for creating your own courses or training.

4.4 User-Generated Content

Content you create in course forums, discussions, or feedback forms remains your property. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use this content for educational purposes and to improve our services.

5. Prices, Payment, and Cancellation

5.1 Prices and Fees

  • All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • Prices are subject to change, but this does not affect already booked courses.
  • Additional costs (e.g., for certificates) will be communicated transparently.
  • Early bird discounts and group prices are available for a limited time.

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment via invoice, bank transfer, or credit card.
  • The full course fee is due upon registration.
  • Installment payments may be possible by arrangement.
  • Late payment may lead to exclusion from the course.
  • A late fee of SGD 30 will be charged for each reminder sent.

5.3 Cancellation and Refund

Free Cancellation
Up to 14 days before the course starts: 100% refund.
Partial Refund
7-13 days before the course starts: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days: No refund.
Special Arrangements
In cases of illness or exceptional circumstances, we will review individual cases for rescheduling or credit notes.

5.4 Course Cancellation by prosperitsyyschs

If we have to cancel a course, you will receive a full refund of the course fee or you can rebook for another date free of charge. No further claims will be accepted.

6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranty

  • We offer our services to the best of our knowledge and belief.
  • Specific learning successes or financial outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
  • Website availability may be limited due to technical reasons.
  • Content is updated regularly, but we do not guarantee its timeliness.
  • External links and third-party content are beyond our control.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits.

Liability for financial losses is limited to the amount of the course fees paid.

We assume no liability for damages caused by force majeure, internet outages, or third-party providers.

6.3 Educational Notice

Important Notice: Our courses are for educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice. Financial decisions should always be made after careful consideration and, if necessary, with the help of professional advice. Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.

7. Contract Term and Termination

7.1 Course Duration and Completion

  • Course contracts have a fixed term corresponding to the course duration.
  • The contract automatically ends upon completion of the course.
  • Early withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Post-course support and alumni access may be time-limited.

7.2 Ordinary Termination

  • Participants can terminate before the course starts according to the cancellation policy.
  • After the course has started, termination is only possible in exceptional cases.
  • Terminations must be made in writing via email.
  • The termination becomes effective upon receipt by us.

7.3 Extraordinary Termination

We may terminate the contract without notice in cases of:

  • Violation of these T&Cs or applicable law.
  • Disruption of course operations or harassment of other participants.
  • Late payment despite reminders.
  • Sharing of access credentials or course materials.
  • Providing false information upon registration.

7.4 Consequences of Termination

  • Immediate loss of access to course materials and platforms.
  • Downloaded materials must be deleted.
  • Payment obligations remain in effect.
  • Certificates received remain valid.
  • Data protection provisions continue to apply.

8. Dispute Resolution and Choice of Law

8.1 Amicable Dispute Resolution

In the event of disagreements, we will first seek an amicable solution:

  • Direct contact with our customer service.
  • Written presentation of the facts.
  • Mediation by a neutral third party in major conflicts.
  • Alternative dispute resolution before litigation.

8.2 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
Applicable Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.

8.3 Consumer Protection

Mandatory consumer protection provisions, such as those under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, remain unaffected by these regulations.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 Amendments to the T&Cs

We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs as needed:

  • Changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect.
  • Notification will be made via email or on the website.
  • You have the right to object within 30 days of the announcement.
  • If you object, the contract will terminate at the earliest possible date.
  • Your continued use of the services will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

9.2 Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become ineffective or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The ineffective provision shall be replaced by an effective one that comes closest to the economic purpose of the original provision.

9.3 Entire Agreement

These T&Cs, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and prosperitsyyschs. Oral collateral agreements do not exist.

9.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights and obligations under this contract without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to affiliated companies or legal successors.
